Love the Smokey Eye look but don’t know where to start?

Rim the upper and lower lash line with a dark eye pencil. Black, brown, navy or plum and smudge with a Q-tip. Blend on top of liner with a matching colored shadow.

And voila, a 2 minute Smokey Eye that doesn’t leave you looking like Rocky Balboa ;)
